  • How long are the shipping times?

Due to high demand, delieveries take:

14-28 Business Days to the U.S.

18-36 Business Days to countries outside the U.S.

30-90 Business Days to Mexico/South America

 

  • When will my order be shipped?

We fulfill orders and ship them 1-4 business days after the payment.

 

  • How secure is my payment?

We use Paypal checkouts since is one of the safest payment gateways available today. Your are protected by PayPal against fraud and your information cannot be stored in our servers.

  • How do I change or cancel my order?

We encourage you to check every detail before ordering. Sending us a message before the first 24 hours from the payment does not gauruntee the order will be cancelled.

  • My order arrived but it is damaged

If this is the case, send back the order to the original manufacturer at your expense, and once they receive it we will issue you a full refund. 

  • What is your refund policy?

To recieve a full refund your order must be deemed defective or broken by the original manufacturer. You must ship back the order to the orginal manufacturer within 30 days of first recieving your order at your own expense. Then, the manufacturer must deem the product defective or broken. If the manufacturer does deem it defective or broken, you will recieve a full refund.
